The Auberge features two comfortable
and pleasant dining rooms as well as a shaded outdoor deck overlooking
the swimming-pool. Depending on the time or season, you may enjoy a cup
of coffee or a liqueur by the chimney or in the garden.
Chef Gilles Moreau finds inspiration in the regional cuisine and in the
wealth of ingredients he finds in local markets. He personally chooses
the best ingredients and prepares them with his own unique and creative
touch to offer a flavorful menu infused with a modern twist.
